Human Resources
The mission of the HR department is to provide employees with a high quality work experience, constantly developing a sense of satisfaction, ensuring health and safety in the workplace and operating with integrity and transparency in every interaction.

Promotes the company’s vision and culture.

Develops and implements strategies and activities aimed at improvement, growth and progress, both at individual and team level.

Conducts the human resources selection and recruitment process, providing candidates with an experience that reflects the company’s values.

Bridges employee and management relationships by managing related requests.

Develops and implements remuneration and benefits systems that are consistent with the company’s organisational structure and compete with market requirements and standards.

Promotes a healthy and pleasant working environment, constantly aiming to exceed the requirements of Health & Safety at Work standards.

Supports managers by proposing appropriate organisational tools and an effective organisational structure.

Monitors all aspects of work relationships (legal requirements, dispute resolution, advice, etc.)

Conducts exit interviews & employee satisfaction surveys to propose changes and actions that lead to the development of people and teams within the company.

Prioritises corporate social responsibility in all possible activities, promotes awareness of the importance of giving back and demonstrates commitment to social, community and charitable issues.
