Cholula

Cholula sauces got their name, about 100 years ago, from the oldest inhabited city in Mexico which dates back 2,500 years. They come from a well-kept recipe dating back a century and contain Mexican árbol and piquín peppers as well as a blend of local Mexican spices. Today Cholula is still brewed and sold in Mexico, as well as in more than 20 countries internationally.
